A pair of male full-time stand-ins are needed every day for the upcoming feature film NEW YEARS REV, set to begin filming soon in the Oklahoma City area.
The pair will be needed virtually every day, February 3 through March 13. Filming is Mondays through Fridays. President’s Day, February 17, will be off. Don not submit unless you are available all shoot dates.
Stand-ins work between shots in place of the actor, service a vital function for the crew as focus and lighting are adjusted for the scenes. It is a front-row seat to the process of filmmaking, and candidates should be patient, attentive and willing to learn.
Applicants must be the same height, skin tone and hair color as the main actors they are standing in for.
All candidates must be over the age of 18.
The comedy, written and directed by Lee Kirk, is the story of three friends who journey to Los Angeles to open for Green Day on New Years Eve. Their roadtrip is a rowdy and mischievous jaunt across the country filled with adventures, based on the exploits of Green Day and their years of living in a tour van.
The film features Green Day, Jenna Fischer, Angela Kinsey and Sean Gunn, among many others, in the cast. Lee Kirk is directing the film.
It is Executive Produced by Ryan Kroft, Michael Rapino and Jonathan Daniel, and produced by Tim Perell, Stella Bulochnikov, Robin Rapino and Jolene.
Pay is a guarantee of $125/day for up to 12 hours per day. Anything over 12 hours will incur overtime.
