Can you tell us how and why you started your business?

We’ve been in the hospitality industry for nearly 40 years, working in various roles across Florida, Texas and Oklahoma. With our combined training and experience—ranging from top chain restaurants to leading companies in the U.S.—we decided to take what we’ve learned and start our own business. Natalie brings a strong background in HR and accounting, while Jeff contributes extensive operational experience and culinary expertise, creating a solid foundation. From the start, we knew that building a strong brand, delivering quality and ensuring excellent service were key. Now, we’re proud to work together in a business that we’re both passionate about and truly comfortable in.

What services do you provide within the film/music industry?

We offer a wide range of catering options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including casual drop-and-go setups as well as buffet-style service. Our experience includes providing catering and green room services on set for “Family Camp,” as well as for artists like Michael W. Smith, Amy Grant and The Gaither Vocal Band.

How has your company grown to meet the needs of Oklahoma’s film and/or music industries over the last 3-5 years?

We’ve gained valuable experience catering both large and small special events. Recently, we expanded by purchasing a second facility, adding 3,000 square feet of production space to support our growing business. The facility is centrally located near major interstates, making it easy to navigate the greater metro area and beyond.

Outside of family orientated and community focused, operating in Oklahoma City offers several benefits for businesses like ours in catering and hospitality. The lower cost of living also contributes to a higher quality of life, which can be a draw for employees and employers. We enjoy the central location, with major interstates like I-35, I-40 and I-44 intersecting, providing easy access to downtown, it’s neighboring cities and regions. Additionally, Oklahoma City boasts more affordable real estate, labor and overhead costs compared to other metropolitan areas, making it an attractive option for businesses looking to reduce operational expenses.

What would you consider your business’s greatest accomplishment to date?

Nearly 15 years ago, we started with a dream of owning a small café and coffee shop, along with some catering services to support the business. In just 10 years, we rapidly expanded into a high-volume casual catering company and obtained a wholesale manufacturing license. Today, we serve as a centralized production facility for local cafés and coffee shops. Additionally, we offer management contract services for businesses, schools and other food and beverage needs. Our growth and success over the years is by far our greatest accomplishment.
