Update Your Production Directory Crew Listing by Oct. 1

To best serve both incoming productions and our local workforce, we are implementing some important changes to the Oklahoma Production Directory.

Beginning October 1, 2023, any existing crew listings that have not been updated with at least one new film/TV credit since 2019 will become inactive and will no longer appear publicly in the Oklahoma Production Directory.

To ensure your listing remains active, your profile must be updated to include new credit(s) that correspond to the department category & position in which you were employed on that production credit. While attaching an updated resume is encouraged, it will not qualify as an update to your listing as we are requiring that your newly added credits must be manually entered in the system to remain active.

If you have made updates since 2019, no action is needed.

Moving forward, new registrants, excluding apprentices and production assistants, will be required to provide a minimum of three production credits within the same department and/or position that can be verified via call sheet and/or production report to be approved.

These changes are being implemented to maximize the value of the Oklahoma Production Directory for the productions engaging the local workforce in employment opportunities in our state.
